Our JTA had suggested us the project related to prefix postfix. But our team leadres decided to go for something which would be more time taking and interesting. We discussed about the choice of projects and analysed each project team came on consensus to take up the graph plotter project as it was something that we had been doing on paper and were excited by the idea itself that we had been plotting graphs on paper uptill now and would be doing it on a computer. We decided to meet the next day after the class in the one hour gap between the two classes.

Timings-	9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m.
We met after the class as we had an hour to go for the next class. The meeting was done in the coffee shack. Discussion done was mainly concerned regarding the first steps which need to be taken to start the project. As we had finalised the project as graph plotter we started thinking of the basic steps. The main conclusions came as follows--the first step would be to interpret the expression that the user has given as input in the form of string.--next step to plot certain points. The question that truobled us which points and how many points will we plot but then we decided that it need not be discussed at that time. -- Next step was regarding the calculations of various parameters asked in the project ideas. Abhinav gave the idea of using the matrices. He said it would be better to use the matrix. Elaborating the idea he said that our matrix would consisit of only values as 0 or 255. So we would know which point inside the matrix the graph passes through. Using those pints we will easily calculate the derivative and integral and other things. The session soon concluded with an advise to have a look on the coding of the softwares that are used to plot the graphs. I had a doubt in my mind whether any of us be able to understand it as I thought it to be of a level much higher than the expectations of our members. Then I thought there was no harm in having a look atleast.

I could not attend this meet as I had gone to my home in bhopal for a surprise visit. However on my return I learned that the meet ended with seperation of team works. My team leader had decided to take up GUI. My first impression was very bad because I had absolutely no idea about it. However I soon realised that taking up something new may prove to be a good experience.

Date- Monday , October 18th, '10
Timings-	8:00 p.m. to 10:40 p.m.
The meet started in the lab itself. I scolded my leader for taking up GUi and then appreciated him. I asked him to instruct about the things that iI need to take up for. I had not attended the last Cs lecture and couldnot see the video lecture as it was not uploade by then on the net so I focused on understanding the coding of the sample programs of EZ windows and Neeraj helped me in this work. We were lucky enough this time to finally find the third member of our team called by the name MITESH. Finally our team decided to search on the net about designing GUI and allot the work to individuals in the next meet.
